Portable electronic torque meter displays

Unit provides LCD readout with accuracy of 1% or 2% depending upon
the sensor used.
Before WRD's redesign, existing product was at the end of its life
cycle due to manufacturing problems and the use of obsolete technology.
WRD's product was a drop-in replacement for an analog device and designed
to function with sensors already in field use.The new design enabled
the account to continue re-manufacturing without interruption or retooling.The
user friendly meter features: "smart sensor" technology;
field calibration; RS-232 communications that works with readily available
Windows software; and uses LCD operator prompts for deadweight sensor
calibration.
