EMBEDDED CONTROL FOR

FOOD PREPARATION OVEN



WRD control is menu driven with programmable time/temperature settings for six different meals per day. The unit controls and monitors cooking temperatures and times, holds food at 125'F after cooking, and controls blower functions.

The WRD control features: a LCD backlight display with alphanumeric operating prompts; RTD temperature sensor; and automatically turns off heater and blower when door is opened.
